Its end of week 7 and I’m weighing 257.8lbs. The last time I updated I was weighing 271. This puts me at a 25 lb loss. I have to admit, it has gotten easier as far as my eating habits are concerned!

New Year Off to Great Start

As of today, I am entering my 4th week of eating healthy and working out on a regular basis. I am so excited, I started on January 6, 2009 and I was weighing 282lbs and now I’m 11lbs lighter and have lost 4 1/2 inches off my waist and hips combined. My goal is to reach 160lbs and if keep this up I will reach my goal within a year. I have 111 lbs to go!!!
